The Tiny House Village That Started a Movement
Everyone deserves safe and affordable housing
What began as a solution for homelessness in Thurston County, Washington, has become a fast-growing regional movement of Tiny House villages. Our vision is to see those in need gain a new footing in their lives through Tiny House communal living: • Case management • Peer mentorship and support • Connections with community services • Communal meals, chores, activities of daily living Guided by the principles of affordability, innovation, and community, we are creating model villages that cost a fraction of typical apartments, leaving a micro footprint of 144 square feet each, and employing energy-efficient innovative design. |
